Postage
Once you have added all your items to the basket postage will automatically be calculated for you.
All ready made items are dispatched within 1-2 days.
Made to order items are usually dispatched within 1-2 weeks.
Custom items a dispatch time will be agreed at the time of ordering.
UK Customers
Postage is charged at a flat rate of £4.45 per order unless ordering just Gift Vouchers when postage will be charged at £1.60.
UK orders are shipped by either 1st Class Royal Mail or Courier depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
When your order has been shipped (see dispatch times above) your order should reach you within 1-3 days.
Non UK Customers
All shipping is based on the weight of the items purchased and the destination country. This will be automatically calculated for you in the checkout. All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail or Courier depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

Packaging
The majority of our packing is recycled however we are still using up some supplies that we already have. Due to the fragility of glass we do still use some plastics in our packaging. However we reuse packaging that has been sent to us and do not purchase any plastic packaging. Any packaging we do buy in is always recycled and as environmetally friendly as possible to suit our needs. If you would prefer that no plastics are sent in your delivery please let us know in the notes section of the checkout and we will do our best to achieve this for you.
Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon recept and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Privacy and Data Collection
We value you right to privacy, however some information needs to be collected to enable us to process your order. For this purpose informations such as name, address, telephone number, email address are collected at the time of your order. No card details are held by us for orders processed on the website these are processed and held by the payment provider (PayPal)
We will never share or sell any information we hold for you.
